JobPals offers subscription-based services charged on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, which can be accessed via your account settings on JobPals. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for partial months upon cancellation.
We charge for our services on a monthly basis. Generally, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. This includes partial month subscriptions and any remaining time on your subscription after cancellation.
However, we may consider a refund for the most recent monthly charge under the following specific conditions:
