1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JobPals (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

JobPals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Permitted Use: You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: analyzing job descriptions, comparing them with your CV, generating related content (like cover letters or interview questions), and managing your application history for personal, non-commercial job-seeking purposes.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the Service in a way that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser.
• Provide false or misleading information, including grossly exaggerating skills or experience in your CV with the intent to mislead the analysis or potential employers.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JobPals and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) models (e.g., Google Gemini) to generate summaries, analyses, compatibility scores, cover letters, interview questions, and other content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before using it in any professional context (e.g., submitting applications, preparing for interviews).
• JobPals does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall JobPals, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service, including reliance on potentially inaccurate AI-generated content; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Our liability is limited, especially concerning the accuracy and use of AI-generated content. Always verify information before relying on it professionally.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account via settings if available.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction - e.g., State of California, United Kingdom], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms
